Our vision is to create a welcoming space where individuals of all backgrounds can come together for worship, education, and community building, guided by the teachings of Islam. Established with the goal of promoting peace and compassion, the mosque has played a pivotal role in enriching the lives of its members and the wider community.
Through collective worship, educational programs, and community initiatives, we aim to uphold Islamic values while addressing the spiritual and social needs of our congregation.

My name is Muhammad Abdul Kadir Rubel, and I have been devoted to Islamic teaching for over 25 years. I hold an Islamic Alim degree and currently manage an Islamic school at weekends, where I have the privilege of guiding and educating members of our community. Teaching is not just my profession—it is my passion, and I am committed to helping students grow spiritually, academically, and personally.
I have also served as a masjid committee member locally for five years, holding the roles of Secretary and Treasurer, where I helped oversee the smooth running of the masjid and managed financial and administrative matters responsibly. Currently, I continue to serve as Secretary of the masjid, coordinating activities, supporting worshippers, and ensuring the day-to-day operations run efficiently.
I have completed a Teachers and Leadership Training course, covering topics such as promoting a healthy lifestyle, first aid, class management, preparing informative Khutbahs, understanding the rights and responsibilities of the Ulama, media awareness, and effective teaching methods. This training enables me to provide a well-rounded and supportive environment both at the school and in the masjid.
My aim is to continue serving the community with dedication, patience, and sincerity, helping individuals purify their mind, body, and soul, and supporting the growth and well-being of everyone I have the privilege to teach and interact with.
I’m Bokthia Uddin, a local businessman and entrepreneur with a strong passion for serving our community. For over 15 years, I have been actively involved in supporting community initiatives, and I have previously had the honour of serving on our local masjid committee. These experiences have given me a deep appreciation for the strength and warmth of our community when we come together to help one another.
I enjoy meeting people and offering support wherever it is needed. You will usually find me at the masjid, ready to assist with questions, guidance, or simply a friendly conversation. I take pride in my communication skills and in making everyone feel welcome and valued.
I am a qualified first aider and hold an up-to-date DBS certificate, which allows me to provide support safely and responsibly. I also have extensive experience with maintenance work and practical tasks around the masjid, from repairs to general upkeep, ensuring it remains a safe, clean, and welcoming space for all.
Serving our community is not just something I do—it is something I care about deeply. I am committed to continuing to give my time, skills, and energy to help the masjid thrive. I currently serve as Joint Secretary of the masjid, helping to coordinate activities, manage operations, and support its smooth running for the benefit of all worshippers.
